detail that shows when everything happens and how long it will take. Budgets are detailed to the extent that they grow from
100 items to 100 pages of fine print. This is the phase when the right design engineering team and an experienced value
engineering consultant make sure that budgets are being allocated as efficiently as possible. This is also when the bidding
processes begin, when drawings are reviewed and design issues are resolved.
Though it may seem early in the process, now is even the time to start pre-opening planning and to begin thinking about recruiting personnel.
